The event establishes itself as an international meeting point for the industry and serves as the perfect lead-in to the Palma International Boat Show
Palma hosted this Wednesday the second and final day of The Balearic Superyacht Forum 2025, which brought together over 250 professionals and 150 companies from the international yachting sector at the Palma Auditorium. Organized by Balearic Marine Cluster in collaboration with The Superyacht Group, the forum exceeded expectations and reaffirmed its status as a strategic reference in the Mediterranean yachting calendar.
Today’s sessions focused on the theme “THE FUTURE OF REFIT & SERVICE INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE MEDITERRANEAN”, addressing key topics such as investment in technical infrastructure, the role of subcontractors, refit professionalization, and the Mediterranean’s potential to become a global hub for next-generation services for large yachts.
Attendees continued to engage in panel discussions, presentations, networking sessions and innovation hackathons, which sparked high levels of participation and idea exchange. This second day confirmed the industry’s enthusiasm for dialogue, collaboration, and building a shared vision for the future of the Mediterranean superyacht sector.
“We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the forum. Not only because of the number and quality of attendees, but also for the depth of conversation, the energy shared, and the ideas that have emerged over these two days. It has been the perfect introduction to another major event for the sector: the Palma International Boat Show,” stated Guillermo García, President of Balearic Marine Cluster.
The successful conclusion of The Balearic Superyacht Forum 2025 marks the ideal lead-in to the Palma International Boat Show, which officially opens today with over 300 exhibitors. Together, both events reinforce Palma’s position as an international hub for the yachting industry, offering a high-value week for companies, institutions, and professionals alike.
