RUPERT SAVAGE
CCO/ Director at GYG/ Pinmar
Rupert was a highly respected yacht captain for over 16 years and is still a keen racing yachtsman. He moved ashore and joined Rolling Stock in 2006 where he became Managing Director and was instrumental in the development and growth of the business into a major player in the yacht painting and service sector. After the merger with Pinmar in 2012 to create the leading superyacht service and supply group GYG, Rupert was responsible for the integration of the various Group companies, running the business on a day-to-day basis. He is now focused on the Group’s commercial development and continues to be influential in the strategic growth of the business through his role as a board member.
CARLOS MORALES
General Director at Astilleros de Mallorca
I have been working in this industry for over 30 years in different roles but also different type of companies and sides of the industry; as a naval architect in yacht design offices, including the America´s Cup, superyachts new build shipyards both in Spain and internationally (like Oceanco in the Netherlands where I was Project Manager), to also being an Owner´s Rep with a new build in Italy. I have been in the island for 8 years where I am the Managing Director of Astilleros de Mallorca.

Olimpia, originally from Mallorca, has a strong passion for yachting and the sea. After studying Naval Architecture and Marine Systems Engineering, and completing her Masters in Naval and Nautic Design, she began her career at Baltic, training in Finland and then joining the Baltic Palma Service and Refit team back in Mallorca. Her roles have ranged from engineer to project manager to Chief Operating Officer, leveraging her technical expertise and forging strong connections with her team.
XAVIER PERRONE
Commercial Manager at Hill Robinson
Xavier Perrone, Commercial Manager at Hill Robinson, possesses a robust technical background. Initially graduating in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance and Engineering, he spent five years in the nuclear and construction industries. Transitioning to yachting, he led an MTU ZF after-sales service center in France for six years before joining Hill Robinson in 2015 as a Technical and Refit Project Manager. His responsibilities included overseeing major multi-million euro refits. In 2022, he assumed the role of Commercial Manager, leveraging his understanding of client expectations and crew needs to drive business development and client retention at Hill Robinson.
ANTONELLA DELLA PIETRA

Originally from Italy, Antonella moved to Barcelona in 2001, where she immediately felt a strong connection with the beautiful Mediterranean city. It was here that she first embarked on a career in yachting, after specialising in exports and customs in her home country. Over the last 20 years, Antonella has worked her way up through the yachting industry, starting in operations and moving into management positions, before becoming a shareholder and Managing Partner for BWA Yachting Spain in 2012.
